Too many; Realtor, Jeweler, and starting a new venture! Can you say multi tasker?

Accomplishments and Interests:
Oh, I don’t brag but I do love the water. I can surf; fish, swim and I belong to a great water volleyball team. I love to dance. And will become a certified Zumba instructor in March 08 from NAU.

Personal and Career Goals:
Zumba Instructor and to have my new venture take off. To finish my Master Mind Group Life Success and to invest successfully in Real Estate for myself and family. To have a summer home in Hawaii or up on the Rim by one of the lakes maybe both? And make enough money so that my husband can run marathons anytime and anywhere he wants.

Communication and Leadership Goals

What objectives do you hope to accomplish as a member of Chats Toastmasters?
To be able to speak without stumbling over my words.

Is public speaking a requirement of your job or profession?
I think everyone is required to speak in public. It’s required when you order from a menu at a business lunch. It’s a requirement when you do a listing presentation (I’m a buyer’s agent) but still have to “sell” myself. It’s required at tradeshows and church and at the grocery store where you run into everyone you don’t want to see because you’re wearing something stupid you threw over your bathing suit and you look like a fool.

How would you describe your current skill level as a speaker?
Low, very low skill level under the table low.

Do you have any specific fears relative to public speaking?
Yes! Please don’t ask me any questions!

Why did you choose to join Chats Toastmasters?
See above answers, plus I liked the humor.

I have very specific goals for 2008 and I hope to grow up to be like all the other accomplished Chat’s members.
