Pro Football has the "Lombardi Award" ... a trophy which is given to the Super Bowl winner each year.
It's named for Vince Lombardi, the legendary Coach of the Green Bay Packers, and the winner of the first two Super Bowls.
CHATS Toastmasters Club has the "Justin Award" ... a trophy which is given each week to the CHATS member who best expresses the qualities of enthusiasm, energy, excitement and sheer joy that Justin Freeman brought to our CHATS meetings. Its purpose is to help all of us bring these qualities to each meeting, and then single out just one individual, who for that one meeting, was "a Justin."
Decide now that you will earn this special award this year. Be the CHATS member who wins the most “Justin Awards” during the year; and you can win your very own “Annual Justin Award” that you can take home and add to your collection of Toastmasters speaking and leadership awards, certificates and pins. You can do it ... now DO it!!
