Occupation and Employer:
New and adored position and business – Certified Coach, Sunflower Life Solutions.
3
0-year veteran as Executive Babysitter and Corporate Proctologist for various companies and industries.

Accomplishments and Interests:
My biggest accomplishments have been gained by acting on my own voice and heart, learning from the experiences life has offered – no matter how bizarre – and believing that nothing bad has ever happened to me.   I have an insatiable hunger to learn, apply and teach better ways to think and live.  I love to laugh and consider humor one of the most important elements of communication –that and not talking with food in your mouth.

Personal and Career Goals:
Being named The Best Mom and Wife Ever in the Entire Universe (hopefully to be awarded by my two sons and my husband on a daily basis), and to continue to live bravely and be present in my own life.  My career goals include writing and publishing at least three best selling books and becoming a highly-paid, internationally known and in-demand motivational speaker.  And then next year…

Name of Mentor:
Everyone and everything I come into contact with every day – from God to the pool filter.

Communication and Leadership Goals

What objectives do you hope to accomplish as a member of Chats Toastmasters?
I want to learn to speak in an easy, natural and entertaining way that doesn’t put an audience to sleep or cause them to develop an irritating tick.  I want to feel more confident that people want to hear what I have to say – and make it fun for them.

Is public speaking a requirement of your job or profession?
Only the part where I want to become a highly-paid, internationally known and in-demand motivational speaker.

How would you describe your current skill level as a speaker?
I’m not sure – I’ve never done it yet!  I’ll give myself a 5 for starters…we can move the scale from there.

Do you have any specific fears relative to public speaking?
Other than having something hanging from my nose or attached to my shoe, being distracted and totally forgetting what I’m talking about (oh look - shiny object!!!), or actually fainting full-on and having to be resuscitated on a public stage before 2,000 people who thought they were going to hear something awesome??  Nah.

Why did you choose to join Chats Toastmasters?
You had me at hello!  Seriously – I was divinely guided while Googleing Toastmasters clubs.  The meeting time and place were perfect.  After my first visit, I decided that the members were truly gifted and bonded and had a whole lot of fun.  I’m all about fun.

What can Chats do to help you accomplish your goals?
Teach me to speak, give me honest feedback and laugh when I’m funny.   Then help me get booked as a highly-paid, internationally known and in-demand motivational speaker!  That will do.

Tell the group anything else that you'd like us to know about you!

I don’t want to give too much away because I’m saving all that for my Icebreaker speech. However, I think it’s important to warn my fellow members that name retention is not one of my strongest attributes.  Please don’t be offended if while we are talking my eyes rapidly dart back and forth while I am frantically trying to remember your name!  I thank all of you who have attached a picture to your bio!
