Accomplishments and Interests:
Being in residential real estate is a great joy to me. The constantly changing landscape of the market keeps me on my toes and constantly learning. Meeting new clients and deepening relationships with past clients has been a greater gift to me personally than I ever expected. I am a truly blessed person. I married my best friend and my #1 interest is spending time with my daughter who makes me feel like a kid again.

Personal and Career Goals:
My greater goal is to be of service to those around me and leave this world a little better than what I found it.

Communication and Leadership Goals

What objectives do you hope to accomplish as a member of Chats Toastmasters:
My goal in CHATS is to become an effective speaker and communicator with large and small groups.

Is public speaking a requirement of your job or profession?
My regular daily duties do not require public speaking. However, to help my fellow agents and be a source of information to the community the need arises more and more.

How would you describe your current skill level as a speaker?
My current skill level is not so good but I am not afraid to try..

Do you have any specific fears relative to public speaking?
I have stuttered since I was a child.

Why did you choose to join Chats Toastmasters?
I joined CHATS because of the members. The support and encouragement the group gives to each other is fantastic. 

What can Chats Toastmasters do to help you accomplish your goals?
Give me honest and feedback. I know that any critique of my speaking will only help me in the long run.
