Steven Ringelstein, MBA is a senior associate for Inside Out Learning, Inc. and CEO of the Business Gym. He has 25 years of leadership, business and consulting experience. Steven helps his clients step into their personal power to increase individual and organizational impact. He has coached hundreds of clients at the CEO level and their management teams to entrepreneurs leading high growth businesses. He is currently a preferred executive coach for Boeing.

Real Business Experience - Steven was CEO of several high tech manufacturing companies. He also commanded leadership positions in marketing, sales and operations. Steven brings a wealth of experience in how to powerfully lead an organization with limited resources to create remarkable results. He served in the Israeli Air Force and within the political arena in Washington DC and New York as a diplomat for the Department of Defense. Clients - Steven has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as: General Motors / Delphi, Autoliv, Moen, Talley Defense Industries, Motorola, Intesys, Kimberly Clark, Rubbermaid, Raytheon, Ford Aerospace, Talley Defense Systems, McDonnell Douglas, General Dynamics, Olin, GE, Intel, Michrochip, and many more. Steven worked directly with the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, and various US military logistics centers around the world.

Charity - Steven is no stranger to non-profit organizations such as Make A Wish Foundation for children with cancer and Fresh Start supporting local women and children. He has organized several fund raising special events inviting business owners to participate in their communities with a greater sense of purpose.

Teaching - Steven uses his expertise to teach leadership and international business at Thunderbird – the Garvin School of international management, Western International University, and Motorola University. He is also a speaker and a facilitator of executive and personal development retreats at places like the Sanctuary Resort on Camelback and Valley Ho Resort in Phoenix, AZ.

In the media - He has been featured in several newspaper articles and on ABC and NBC news for his international business accomplishments.

Education - Steven has MBA and MIM from Thunderbird the Garvin School of International Management that is ranked as the #1 university in International Business by U.S. News, Wall Street Journal and World Report for 11 straight years and. He has a BBA in International Marketing & Management from The City of New York University. Steven also trained in coaching using an International Federation Coaching program. He was also trained in Defense, Security and Cost and Price Analysis at the US Department of Defense and the Israeli Air-Force Academy.

Why did you choose to join Chats Toastmasters?
I got up on a Sunday morning and had a thought to join Toastmasters. I went online and came across Chats. I felt good about checking it out the following Monday. At the meeting I was impressed with the group and joined the following session.
