Who am I now? 
Well, this is an ever changing answer, but for now, I am first and foremost a mother of two fabulous children. Jessica is a competitive dancer and Austin is a Triple “A” Hockey player, which means, of course, that I am both a proud parent and a glorified taxi service! I am also in my second decade of an exciting marriage to a type-A driver and entrepreneur, Phil Carroll, who is my toughest critic and best friend. I am, what you would call, a “desperate housewife turned enlightened entrepreneur”. I have discovered my voice through a bumblebee named Bigsbee, and now together we hope to inspire others to discover their own brilliance.   My Passion: To unleash human potential! Though my speaking, my books and my actions I hope to entertain, while at the same time, inspire others to seek self confidence and significance along their life journey.   What I Have Done: Bachelor of Science Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Telecommunicating at Arizona State University Career in Television journalism in Canada Speaker Traveled the world Living, Loving, Laughing, Learning and Lending a hand to those in need. Build homes for the homeless families in Mexico each year, through Homes of Hope Avid photographer, marathoner, snowboarder, water skier and bee-liever of dreams! New member of the “Fab 40’s” club Lived in Calgary, Canada, East Bay San Francisco and now Scottsdale, Arizona
