To grow personally and professionally, and to specifically develop better speaking and presentation skills.

Is public speaking a requirement of your job or profession? Yes How would you describe your current skill level as a speaker? On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate myself a 3-4. I've done a lot of speaking, but I need a lot more practice. Do you have any specific fears relative to public speaking? Confident, directed, rough - needs refining and training. Normal butterflies :-) Why did you choose to join Chats Toastmasters? CHATS is a great group of speakers, well run, with active participation and leadership.

My Burning Desire Is To:
- Become a FT Pastor, be a published Writer & paid Speaker - Help others Be and Grow, personally and professionally, w/Results to Their Personal Purpose & Vision, encouraging others to make a difference in the world, and effectively get their mission2message.
What others may not know about me is:
- I won Gold Medals in the Track and Field Decathlon & Cross Country - I wrote a book of poetry for my wife.
- I am an ordained Minister, & lead a Men's Family Bible Study with the mission to strengthen marriages by encouraging men to be the best Husband and Fathers and Business/Community leaders they can be
